Added bonus being the one-on-one attention (Making sure each pose is “On point”…paying special attention to that knee injury from 3 years back…remembering your dislike for coldplay while getting your yoga on, and making sure to include a pose or two for to keep your teenage son engaged during a family session)  … priceless.

It’s So Convenient, You Don’t Even Have To Leave The House!– If you work from home, or you have a busy schedule, it’s a great way to fit in a little “Me time”  or add a sweat session to your routine, without having to leaving the driveway. It’s also a great way to bring together family, friends, or neighbors for some fitness fun! If home workouts aren’t your thing, choose one of our beautiful, pre-selected outdoor locations.
